If the User erroneously or repeatedly pays for the services, or pays an amount greater than
required, the funds paid are subject to a refund.
Notification:
The User must notify Many.bio at the email address [email protected] within 60 minutes of
the erroneous or repeated payment.
The message should be in free form but must include the subject line "Refund" and specify
the payment amount, type of service-tariff, payment date, payment method, and the User's
email.
Processing Time:
We will consider the refund request as soon as possible, but no later than two business
days.
After reviewing the request, we will inform the User of the result and the expected timeline
for the refund or if the refund request is denied.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made using the same method as the initial payment.
The time required for the refund to be processed depends on the initial payment method.
Any commission charged by the payment gateway for the return transfer of funds will be
deducted from the refund amount.
Proper Payment Recognition:
If we are not notified of an erroneous or repeated payment or a payment exceeding the
service cost as specified in this section, such a payment will be recognized as properly
paid for the services.
Refund Timing:
Refunds for erroneous or repeated payments, or for overpayments, will be processed within 10
days from the date of proper notification.
Subscription Cancellations:
If you cancel your subscription after 14 days and before it ends, we will not refund the
remaining balance.
If you switch the subscription term, we will not refund the remaining balance from the first
subscription.
Inadequate Quality Services:
Refunds for services of inadequate quality will be processed within 14 days from the date we
receive the User's refund application, which must include a specific description and
justification of the claim.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the initial payment.
No commission will be deducted for refunds related to services of inadequate quality.
Legal Compliance
The legal relations of the parties to this agreement are governed by the current legislation of the
United Arab Emirates, in particular, the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as
amended and supplemented to date.
